One-year limited commercial warranty

Products purchased directly from aiseely.com include a one-year limited commercial warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when used normally for household purposes and in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Warranty provider

The warranty is provided by HONG KONG ANLINDA TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, trading as Aiseely. Warranty support is available at support2@aiseely.com.

What is covered

The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects that affect the normal operation of the product during the warranty period.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, cosmetic damage that does not affect operation, normal wear, misuse, neglect, commercial use, unauthorized repair or modification, use with an incorrect voltage or plug type, incompatible accessories, failure to follow care or safety instructions, or loss or theft.

How to make a claim

Email support2@aiseely.com with your order number, product model, serial number or product label where available, plug type, destination country, a description of the issue and clear photos or video. We may request reasonable diagnostic information before approving a remedy.

Warranty remedy

For an accepted claim, Aiseely may provide troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, a replacement product, a price reduction or a refund, as appropriate. The remedy will be provided within a reasonable period and without limiting any mandatory remedy available under applicable law.

Statutory consumer rights

This one-year commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, reduce or limit statutory consumer rights. For example, consumers in the European Union have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for qualifying faulty goods, and some countries provide longer protection. Mandatory rights applicable in the customer's country remain available regardless of the duration of this commercial warranty.
